Do I need any extra cables/software?
All our kits are complete sets with all the cables you'll need to get going. Any software necessary can either be downloaded from the
Drivers page or supplied on CD for a small extra charge.
Warranty/Returns Information
All our carts are tested before shipping and come with a full one year warranty against defective workmanship. If for any reason you're not
happy with your purchase, you can return it within seven days for a full refund (minus postage costs)

How long will my order take to come through
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours - if we get your order early we may even be able to dispatch it the same day!
Where can I download ROM files?
Please do not ask this question. This product is for playing legitimate backup copies of games you already own and
personal software development. WWW.GAMEBOYFLASH.CO.UK does not support, and will not offer any links to, illegal ROM sites.
What do I do if I have a problem?
It is highly unlikely that your cart will be defective - all items are thoroughly tested before dispatch. However, if
you do have a problem, there are several resources available for help. In the first instance, check the Extreme Flash Advance
Product Support Forum - the chances are that your problem has already been asked and solved. If you do not manage to resolve
your issue here then our
Tech Support staff will be only too happy to help.
Which versions of Windows are compatible?
Any version of Windows from 98 to XP will be fine (Windows 95 is not supported as it does not have the required USB capabilities).
What postal service do you use?
All UK items are sent by insured Royal Mail recorded delivery for maximum speed and peace of mind. International items are dealt
with on a case by case basis depending on the country.
Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, or any major Debit/Credit Card using
PayPal.
